From brand identity through production infrastructure, we built the entire multi-tenant digital ecosystem powering contactless guest support across the UK short-term rental market.

Replacing paper binders, static emails, and messy messaging with a single tactile interface.
Guestiqo was born from a simple hypothesis: that the UK short-term rental market — worth over £4.2 billion — remains heavily reliant on outdated printed binders, cluttered WhatsApp messages, and copy-pasted booking templates to explain basic stay instructions. We set out to streamline all guest operations into an elegant mobile guidebook.
Kitebe partnered with Guestiqo as their product design and software engineering studio. We designed the complete visual brand identity, built the high-performance multi-tenant web application architecture, developed custom QR-code provisioning pipelines, and established the secure cloud backend capable of scaling dynamically across thousands of properties.
Today, Guestiqo serves boutique cottages, countryside estates, and Airbnb hosts across England, Wales, and Scotland, transforming how guests experience their stays and easing communication loads for property managers.

What We Designed & Engineered
The mobile guidebook engine
A blazing fast, responsive front-end module capable of displaying complex property credentials, emergency steps, utility instructions, and customized layout items instantly on any mobile device.
Local curation ledger
Allows hosts to input their hand-picked recommendations for restaurants, hikes, and pubs, plotting them beautifully with metadata, custom tags, and navigation map coordinates.
Instant QR routing
Unique QR routing paths mapped to subdomain parameters, instantly resolving host datasets without loading screens or secondary redirection chains.
The Memory Wall
An elegant gallery flow where verified guests post quick photo moments and thank-you logs. Creates an authentic emotional ledger right on the guidebook.
Operational feedback
Privacy-first checkout metrics gathering, yielding structured reviews on property cleanliness, amenities, and overall stay ratings directly to the host dashboard.

Editorial Minimalism
Drawn from printed boutique guidebooks. Generous margins, clean typeface scales, and restrained warm colors make guest screens look like a carefully printed booklet, not a digital utility dashboard.
Tactile Surfaces
Warm stone backdrops, paper-like borders, and quiet shadows convey structure and trust, blending digital layouts with the physical texture of the properties they describe.
Progressive Disclosure
Surfacing stay details iteratively. Guests only see details that align with their location: Wi-Fi on entry, local guidelines during the stay, and checkout steps on departure morning.
Responsive-First Layouts
Since over 90% of views happen on mobile screens, interfaces are optimized completely around touch ranges, large buttons, clean line-breaks, and quick viewport scales.
